         Replacement Policy
  
       Our Simple, Replacement Policy

            You may return any items purchased at Propsecurity.com within 7 days of delivery for a             Free replacement only (due to the nature of the product), as long as it is accompanied             with its original invoice. Please contact customer support immediately. We will process             your Free replacement within fifteen working days on the receipt of the returned coders             at our facility. our assurance for this product is only a Free replacement, if its found to be             damaged in transit or found with a manufacturing defect.

       Returning Products

            Return Free replacement product to Propsecurity.com. Just mail us within 7 days of              receipt without opening the seal of the coder (This is very important, due to the nature of             its manufacturing) to the customer service desk of Propsecurity.com and return the             goods  in its original packing with all the original delivery documents and bills.

      Damaged in transit

          Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered           with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return           policy does not hold. If you break the seal of the coder our Free replacement does not hold

         If you open the packaging and discover that the item was damaged, please contact us          immediately for a Free replacement. Propsecurity.com reserves the right to determine          whether the product has been damaged in transit or damaged while being opened or used.

         Please note that the Product must be shipped to us within 7 days of receipt for
         Freereplacement offer to be acceptable to us. Please contact customer support for
         assistance.

      Defective products

         If you find that the product you have received is defective and cannot be used by you, you          must return the product to us within 7 days of receipt, along with the original invoice and          all documents. The product should be unused or have a manufacturing defect; products          damaged while being open or used do not qualify for a replacement. We will inspect the          product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for a          replacement.

      Note:

         Products that have been assembled and/or installed or affixed cannot be returned in this          manner. Please mail the customer service center at the Head Quarters in the manufacturing          Country for such Free product replacement, and follow their instructions.
